Account Deletion

If you decide to delete your Real Frnd account, please note the following:

• How to Delete
  • Go to Settings → Delete Account
  • Log in and verify your account
  • Enter your registered mobile number and email address
  • (Optional) Share your reason for leaving
  • Click Submit to confirm
• What Happens After Deletion
  • Your profile, posts, and activity will no longer be visible
  • You will lose access to all app features, including calling history, uploads, and communities
  • Some cached links may remain for a short time, but your profile will not be accessible
  • Certain personal data may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or compliance purposes
• Cancelling Deletion
  • You can restore your account by logging back in within 30 days of submitting the request
  • After 30 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
• Downloading Your Data
  • A secure download link will be sent to your registered email
  • The link remains active for 7 days only
  • Data may include your posts, call history, coins history, and profile details
• Coins and Rewards
  • Please use your Coins before deletion
  • Once the process begins, all unused Coins or rewards will be forfeited
  • Coins are non-refundable and cannot be transferred
